As we move through Term 4, there is a real sense of pride and connection across our Kolbe community. The past few weeks have reminded us how powerful partnerships, collaboration and shared celebration can be.

We began the term with two wonderful events that showcased the creativity and talent of our students. The Art and Technology Exhibition was a vibrant display of innovation and skill across many areas. Our Performing Arts Showcase followed, filling the evening with music, dance and laughter. It was inspiring to see our students’ confidence and teamwork shine on stage.

Our Year 12 Graduation was another highlight. It was a privilege to honour our graduating students and to see their families, friends and teachers gathered in support. The evening was filled with joy and gratitude as we celebrated not just the end of their schooling, but the beginning of exciting new journeys.

Community spirit has also been on display through the Parents and Friends Gift Giving Initiative. It’s heartening to see gifts flowing in from families and staff who want to make a difference for others. This generosity reflects who we are as a community that looks beyond itself and reaches out with care.

Another exciting development this term has been the launch of our new partnership with the Liverpool Football Club International Academy Australia. This collaboration will give our students opportunities to grow in confidence, teamwork and leadership, both on and off the field.

We also had the pleasure of visiting our second campus recently. It is progressing well and taking shape beautifully. Growth like this is only possible through the strong partnerships we share with families, staff and the wider community.

World Teachers’ Day was a fitting moment to pause and thank our incredible teachers for their care and commitment. Their impact reaches far beyond the classroom, and we are deeply grateful for all that they do.

Finally, our Year 12 students are now well into their exams. It has been a smooth start, and we wish them every success as they complete this important chapter of their learning journey.

Across every event and initiative, one thing is clear; our strength lies in connection. Whether through learning, service or celebration, it is the relationships we build that make Kolbe such a vibrant and caring community.

Thank you for your continued support as we finish the term with gratitude and hope for all that lies ahead.
