SEQTA is an all in one portal for parents to visibly view their child’s overall curriculum throughout each school year.

Via the parent portal parents have access to:

• View child’s homework
• View child’s timetable
• Get pastoral care overview
• Find out about unexplained absences
• Access child’s attendance history
• Get details of upcoming assessments
• View assessment results and comments
• View online messages from teachers
• View school notices

Each Parent will have an individual login to the Parent Portal.

Shortly after enrolling your Child at Kolbe you will receive a email from SEQTA to set up your Login Credentials.

In the E-mail click on ‘Set up your account Now‘ and you will be prompted to create a Username and Password.

You can also click on the ‘App Store or Google Play‘ links to download the SEQTA Engage App from the E-mail. Setup Instructions scroll further down.

NOTE: If each Parent wishes to have their own login accounts they need to provide individual email accounts at enrolment.

A SEQTA Engage Mobile Application is now available for download on IOS and Android devices

1. Once you download ‘SEQTA Engage’ from either App Store or Google Play, select ‘Manual Setup.

2. Enter in the Web Address as ‘parent.kolbecc.catholic.edu.au’ and click continue.

3. Enter in your SEQTA login Username and Password.

4. Once logged in you will be able to access all your SEQTA applications via your Mobile Device and Push notifications.

Via this portal Students have access to:

• View Assignments
• View timetable
• Direct message teachers
• View assessment results and comments
• View school notices
• And much more

Each Student will have an individual login to the Student Portal.

The Username and Password will be the same as the Student uses to log into their laptop.

A SEQTA Learn Mobile Application is now available for download on IOS and Android devices

1. Once you download ‘SEQTA Learn’ from either App Store or Google Play, select ‘Manual Setup.

2. Enter in the Web Address as ‘student.kolbecc.catholic.edu.au’ and click continue.

3. Enter in your SEQTA login Username and Password.

4. Once logged in you will be able to access all your SEQTA applications via your Mobile Device and Push notifications.

Kolbe Catholic College takes the health and safety of our students very seriously. As a result we have adopted the CareMonkey system to utilize throughout the College.

We are confident that you will find this new system both effective and efficient in granting consent for your child to attend excursions and camps and for the College to be able to automatically access your child’s emergency medical and contact details.

CareMonkey is your key access portal to:

• Creating Care Profiles for your entire Family.
• Sharing Medical Information about your children with the school and staff in cases of emergencies.
• Signing of Children’s permission & consent forms for excursions/ event days.

Accessing CareMonkey

1. Shortly after enrolling your child into the College you will receive an email to create your profile, click the Link (be sure to check spam folder)
2. Fill in all the fields (Parent Information) before clicking the ‘Sign Up’ button.
3. After hitting the ‘Sign Up’ button you will receive a ‘Validation’ email (check spam folder), click the Validation email to complete the Sign Up process.
4. You can now go to the CareMonkey site and Sign-In using your login details you created.
5. Once signed in you will see a ‘Profile Request’ on the home page for your child, click the ‘Create’ button and fill in ALLfields (Childs Information). After completing the last section ‘Consent’ your Child’s information will be shared with the School.

NOTE:

• Their can only be 1 primary parental profile for your Children.
• The email used will be the one the parent provides when enrolling their Children into the College.

The Username and Password will be the same as the Staff uses to log into their laptop.
