Please complete the online Enrolment Application Form. You will also be required to provide (upload) supporting documentation (Birth Certificate, Baptism Certificate (if applicable), Visa documentation (if applicable) and a copy of your child's latest school report when you complete your online application. You will also need to pay a non-refundable application administration fee of $50.
1. Once you have submitted your online application, the College Registrar will send an email to acknowledge the Application form has been received.
2. A ‘Transfer Request Form’ will be emailed to the family. This form needs to be given to the student’s Year Level Leader at their current school to complete in order to provide us with both academic and behavioural feedback.
3. Once the Online Enrolment Application and the Transfer Request Form have been completed, the Principal will review the student's application. Enrolment is determined by numerous factors and the process may include a formal interview between the student, parents/guardians, and Kolbe Catholic College. Enrolment is always at the discretion of the Principal.
Enrolment applications and enrolment offers are processed in accordance with the Melbourne Archdiocese of Catholic Schools (MACS) enrolment guidelines and the College Enrolment Policy.
