Our students continue to shine as they share their talents with the Kolbe community. This term, we have enjoyed some incredible performances and exciting news.
Each year, the Kolbe staff are thrilled by the number of students eager to participate in the annual Showcase, and this year was no exception. Audience members were treated to one and a half hours of wonderful entertainment, including musical performances, monologues, dances, improvisation, and a drama play.
The Kolbe community is so proud of every single person involved. We thank those who performed, worked behind the scenes, or came along to support as audience members. Your encouragement and enthusiasm mean so much to us.
Year 12 student Biannca G has been an active participant in all areas of the Performing Arts since her arrival at the College. She has undertaken private tuition in both Piano and Voice and has participated in all events, including Kolbe’s Got Talent, Soirée, and Showcase.
This has been Biannca’s final year at Kolbe, and I am ecstatic to share that she has auditioned for and been accepted into Spectrum Global Arts to study Performing Arts full-time. She will be completing a Certificate IV in Dance, which includes a range of dance styles as well as singing and acting.
We can’t wait to follow her journey and wish her all the very best in this exciting new chapter.
Private Tuition for next year is now open for registration!
Private tuition in the Performing Arts offers students a unique opportunity to develop their confidence, creativity, and communication skills in a supportive one-to-one setting. With personalised guidance, students can progress at their own pace, strengthen their technique, and explore their individual artistic expression.
Kolbe offers tuition in Piano, Acting, Drums, Guitar (Acoustic, Electric or Bass), Trumpet, and Voice. Depending on demand, Dance may also be offered.
