Recently, our students showcased their skills at the SACCSS Division 2 Junior Boys and Girls Futsal at La Trobe Sports Stadium, Bundoora, and both teams took home the championship titles!
The girls were unbeatable, demonstrating teamwork and incredible defence, ending the day with a stunning 7-2 victory over Antonine in a rematch of last year’s Grand Final.
The boys kicked off strong, bouncing back from a setback to dominate the semi-final with a 10-1 win. They fought hard against a tough Penola team, clinching the Grand Final with a narrow 3-2 victory.
A special shoutout to Kolbe students Michael and Chanel, who were named Best and Fairest in their respective matches!
