Purpose
Kolbe Catholic College is committed to ensuring a respectful learning environment that is safe, positive and supportive for all students at the College.
All students of the College share a responsibility to maintain the College’s reputation by wearing the College uniform correctly, as outlined in this policy. Students are expected to uphold all College’s policies and procedures at all times.
Scope
This policy applies to all Kolbe Catholic College students.
The application of this policy is not limited to the College site and College hours. It extends to all activities and events that are College-related and when representing or acting on behalf of the College. It also applies to when travelling to and from the College, and all places in between.
Whilst wearing the college uniform, regardless of the location, time or setting, all students are expected to adhere to the uniform regulations in full.

Uniform Exemptions
For any student that cannot adhere to the uniform policy and regulations in full, due to health, medical, gender incongruent or religious reasons, please contact Deputy Principal – Students, as soon as possible, for further guidance.
Breach of the Policy
Students who breach this policy may be sanctioned by the respective Year Level Leader, Director of Students, Deputy Principal – Students, or College Principal as deemed appropriate.
In cases of serious or persistent breaches of the policy the KOLBE CATHOLIC COLLEGE STUDENT BEHAVIOUR POLICY outlines the consequences for student misbehaviour.
