What is your role at Kolbe?
Human Resources Administrator
What does a typical day at Kolbe look like for you?
Checking in with current staff and answering their questions; recruiting new staff; posting job adverts, shortlisting, interviewing, reference checking and inducting; creating contracts and variations; organizing placements for pre service teachers, learning support officers, wellbeing team and laboratory technicians; and meetings in the different teams I'm part of.
What do you love most about working at Kolbe Catholic College?
I love the staff here at Kolbe, I enjoy going to work everyday and am surrounded by so many intelligent and supportive co-workers. I also love the opportunities I've been given to grow, increase my skill set and try new things. I have worked in Student Services, Main Reception, The Basketball Academy and currently my HR position in my time here at Kolbe. Working in various roles has helped me to understand the school better and from different perspectives.

Probably some sunscreen, a fishing net and a hammock (with a fly net to keep the bugs out)
