During the term, we enjoyed a fantastic week celebrating the love of reading at both St Clare of Assisi and St Catherine of Bologna campuses. Everyone got into the spirit, with staff and students dressing up as their favourite book characters. The costumes were creative and fun...everyone looked great!
Then came the lively costume parades. This year’s theme was Beauty and the Beast, and it was so much fun to see all the different takes on the story. From classic characters like Belle and the Beast to some clever nods to other beloved stories, the effort was truly impressive.We were also thrilled to welcome authors Laura Roso and Amy Schembri to speak with our students. Their stories and advice inspired us all and made us even more excited about reading and writing.
Celebrating Book Week has been a wonderful reminder of the joy that reading brings and the sense of community it fosters, no matter the age. Thank you to everyone who participated, dressed up, organised, and made this celebration a memorable one. Here’s to many more adventures between the pages of our favourite books.
