We are extremely proud to celebrate our very own Natalie Pafralis, teacher at Kolbe Catholic College, who is a Finalist for the revolutioniseSPORT Victorian Sports Administrator of the Year, Eunice Gill Award.
Natalie’s impact reaches well beyond the classroom. In her role as Program Coordinator - Growth and Development at Football Victoria, she was instrumental in making the National Futsal Championships (NFC) and Victorian Cup of Nations (VCON) a success, connecting over 100 teams and thousands of players from diverse backgrounds.
Whether arranging jerseys for every team, supporting an Afghan women’s squad, or helping participants overcome language barriers, Natalie makes sure everyone feels welcome and supported. Congratulations, Natalie!
