How to order:

2. Enter the unique code on your child’s ordering slip
3. Preview and purchase your selected photos

Excursion – Parent Permission

Thank you to families for your patience as we transition to our new online permission process.

All excursion notifications are sent via email. Please check your inbox (and spam/junk folders) regularly and ensure your mailbox is not full.

To provide permission:

1. Log in to Kolbe Engage or click the link in the email
2. On the homepage, click the ‘Excursions’ tile.
3. This will redirect to another login page - select the link referring to SAML login.
4. A list of invited events will appear (e.g. Premier League). Click 'Open' on the relevant event.
5. The permission letter will open - click ‘Next Step’, tick the medical tick box, click ‘Next Step’, tick the permission tick box, click ‘Next Step’.
6. Once finalised, the screen will display ‘Consent Confirmed’, indicating the permission has been successfully submitted.

Please be aware that permissions close 2 school days before the excursion.

If you experience technical issues, please contact the IT Helpdesk (8:00am – 4:00pm, school days).
