Excursions and Incursions in 2026 and Beyond

To help us keep all activities safe, well-organised, and compliant, we ask parents and guardians to accept or decline permissions as soon as they receive the notification. Each activity has a clearly stated due date, which is always at least two school days before the event.

Timely responses allow us to complete the necessary risk and compliance checks, confirm bookings, meet required staffing ratios, and finalise Student Activity Locator documentation.

Please note that students without submitted permission by the due date are unable to attend the activity.
