Save the date!

Our highly anticipated Presentation Evening is on Monday, 4 December 4 in the College Stadium starting promptly at 6:30 pm. Students who are set to receive awards will be receiving their invitations in the upcoming weeks. In consideration of our continued commitment to COVID-safety precautions, this year's Presentation Evening will be optional for students who are not receiving an award.

Families will receive a form that allows them to reserve their seats for the event by the end of this month. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated as we work to ensure the safety and well-being of all attendees.

Operoo & SEQTA Communications

Parent contact details

To maintain effective communication with parents and guardians, it is crucial that we have up-to-date contact information. If there have been any changes to your home address, email address, or phone number, please inform us promptly by calling (03) 8339 3060 or via email at office@kolbecc.catholic.edu.au.

Parent permission for school activities

A friendly reminder to our school community about the importance of granting permission for students to take part in school activities. These activities are an integral part of our curriculum and cocurricular program, and we encourage all students to join in. To streamline this process, Operoo Activities provide detailed information for each event and request that parents and carers give their consent at least two school days prior to the activity date. Please note that students without permission will not be able to attend the event.

Ensuring that your child's medical information is current in Operoo is vital. Rest assured that this data is kept confidential and is solely used by our staff to enhance the safety and well-being of all participants during these activities.

The Kolbe IT Team have compiled helpful resources to guide you through Operoo, available at https://kolbecatholiccollege.freshservice.com/support/solutions/75000030300. If you need further assistance, please contact the College at (03) 8339 3060.
