Cultural Week at Kolbe Catholic College kicked off with a colourful bang as the much-anticipated Colour Run finally made its return to our St Clare of Assisi campus. After a brief postponement, Year 7 and 12 students embraced the chance to dive into the fun and connection that set the tone for the entire week. The campus transformed into a kaleidoscope of vibrant colours and energy. Students ran past House stations, each step accompanied by clouds of bright-coloured powder. Later in the week, St Catherine of Bologna campus held their very first Colour Run, keeping the excitement alive.

Across the week, students jumped into a mix of hands-on and creative events. The Hands of the World mural grew as students traced their hands and shared their backgrounds, turning a wall into a celebration of the college’s diversity. Trivia games tested everyone’s world knowledge, and a lively soccer competition brought out some healthy House rivalry.

Mask-making sessions had creative juices flowing, while Karaoke had the room buzzing with song and laughter. A special first this year was the Assyrian Mass held in the Chapel at lunchtime, where students from all backgrounds were invited to experience the beauty of Assyrian tradition and spirituality.
