Buongiorno, Good evening,

Our Year 7 and Year 8 Italian Ignite classes were treated to a master cooking class in the Kolbe kitchens. A huge thank you to Ms. Chanel Prestia and Mrs. Lisa Lucca for executing a delightful cooking lesson in Italian cuisine. The Year 8 students learnt how to make risotto and the Year 7 students enjoyed making pizza wheels.

A wonderful day of Italian cooking was experienced at Kolbe Catholic College to mark a successful 2023 academic year for our students. We also thank Caterina Bosco for her advice in cooking Italian dishes and in encouraging students to also create Italian advent calendars.
