Year 7-11 Parent Teacher Student Interviews will be held online via Zoom on Thursday 28 April 2022 from 2.15pm until 8.15pm. All interviews will be 8 minutes in length, providing the opportunity for families to meet with Subject Teachers to discuss current academic progress and areas for improvement.
Year 7-12 students will be dismissed at 12.45pm on Thursday 28 April 2022. The College Charter Bus Service will be available for students on this day.
Note: A small number of VCE Unit 3 classes may operate between 12.45pm and 3.05pm on this day. Specific details associated with this will be circulated to the relevant students and families.
Interview bookings can be made via Parent Teacher Online. Information related to the process for making bookings is available via the College website and will be emailed to all families. The booking system will be opened on Thursday 7 April 2022. If at any stage you experience difficulty accessing the site, then please contact the College via telephone or email and ask for a member of the IT Helpdesk Team.
Any family wishing to book a translator for their child’s interviews may do so in two ways:
1. Select the relevant options on Parent Teacher Online.
2. Contact the staff at Main Reception via telephone (8339 3060) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
All requests for a Translator need to be made by no later than Tuesday 26 April 2022.
Families are asked to be online and in the ‘Zoom Virtual Waiting Room’ five minutes prior to their first scheduled appointment. Families will be able to access the relevant online conference links for individual Subject Teachers via their Booking Summary on Parent Teacher Online once appointment times have been made.
The College IT Helpdesk will distribute detailed instructions associated with the functionality of Zoom for Parent Teacher Interviews to all families when the Booking System is launched.
Parents/Caregivers are to ensure students are present with them online for all Subject Interviews.
