On the morning of Friday 16 October, the excitement was infectious as the Class of 2026 gathered in the stadium for their final day of celebrations. The beloved Costume Parade kicked off the festivities, with students once again astounding everyone with their creativity and spirit. From nostalgic cartoon ensembles to imaginative pop culture tributes, the costumes brought colour and laughter, making for a spectacular start to the day.

After the parade, students came together for their Year 12 Breakfast. The morning was filled with warm conversation, heartfelt goodbyes, and plenty of photos to capture the memories. As they signed shirts and exchanged tokens of appreciation, the Class of 2026 reflected on friendships forged and the teachers who guided them along the way.

The day ended with the highly anticipated Graduation Ceremony. The stadium was transformed to welcome families, friends, and staff who gathered to celebrate both academic achievements and personal growth. The Graduation Mass was a moving tribute to the graduating cohort's journey, followed by the formal presentation of certificates and awards. Afterwards, supper provided the perfect setting for students, families, and staff to connect and savour the milestone together.

As the celebrations drew to a close, students turned their attention to the next chapter, preparing for their VCAA exams, pursuing apprenticeships, or exploring new horizons.

To the Class of 2026, as you leave Kolbe, know that your story is just beginning. May you continue to walk forward with faith, courage, and compassion.

Congratulations, and every blessing for the road ahead.
