Live Release of Term One 2022 Academic Results

Families are reminded that student results for all Term One Assessments are now available to access via SEQTA. The live release of results via SEQTA replaces the traditional Interim and Formative Report that families have previously received. This aims to provide families with access to student results in live time meaning that families will be able to view student results as knowledge, skill and understanding is assessed by Subject Teachers rather than waiting for the release of a formal report at a designated time.

Each time results are released via SEQTA, students and parents/caregivers will receive a push notification via the SEQTA App alerting them to the fact that a new piece of assessment data and/or feedback is available. Families are encouraged to view this data each time they receive a notification. In viewing the data, families of students completing VCE Unit Three Subjects are reminded that all results are subject to statistical moderation by the VCAA.

Families can access SEQTA using the login details provided earlier this year. Families requiring another copy of their login details are asked to contact IT Helpdesk at the College.

Year 7-11 families are asked to ensure that they have logged into SEQTA and viewed all Term One Assessment Results/Feedback prior to the Year 7-11 Online Parent Teacher Student Interviews scheduled for Thursday 28 April 2022.

All students at the College will still receive a Semester Report as per standard practice at the conclusion of Semester One and Semester Two.

All students are to be congratulated on their high levels of participation and house spirit. Please find included a snapshot of the event in action.

Congratulations to Teresa House who won the 2022 College Swimming Shield and to Romero House for winning the House Spirit Award.

Term One will conclude for all students on Friday 8 April 2022 at 2.45pm.

Commencement of Term Two 2022

College Photo Day - Thursday 5 May 2022

The College will be hosting School Photos for students in Years 7-12 on Thursday 5 May 2022.

In preparation for the photos, all students have received documentation containing information associated with the packages available and the ordering process. Students are required to return the documentation on the day that photos are scheduled. Documentation is to be returned with payment for the order or with the relevant information requested for online orders.

As in previous years, families will also have the option to purchase sibling group photos. Students will be required to collect an additional envelope from Student Reception in instances where families want to pursue this option.

Due to the formal nature of the photos, all students are required to wear their full College Winter Uniform, including their College blazer and red jumper on this day. All elements of the College Uniform Policy will need to be adhered to for students to participate in the photo process.

Students who have Health and Physical Education classes or Year Level Sport on this day will be required to bring their Health and Physical Education Uniform to school to change into following the photos.
