Student Activities in 2025 - Operoo

Parents/guardians receive Operoo alerts for each activity. Parents must respond by accepting or declining permission for their child to participate.

Note: all permissions will close 2 school days before the scheduled activity.

There are two ways to provide permission:

1. Via Email:
• Ensure the Operoo email is going to your Inbox, not your Spam/Junk folder.
• Open the email and click on the provided link.
• Enter your details
• Accept or decline the activity.

1. Using the Operoo App:
• Download the Operoo app to your mobile phone.
• Set a 4-digit PIN for secure access.
• Turn notifications on for the app.
• When you receive a notification, open the app, enter your PIN, and select accept or decline for the activity.
