15 DEC 2025 Deputy Principal: Campus Director

After a busy year of planning and preparation, we are putting the finishing touches on our brand-new Kolbe campus at Mickleham, St Catherine of Bologna. With buildings finished, the landscapers are preparing paths, gardens and lawn, ready for our students to start on January 30. Earlier this month, the specialist portables were craned in and are now being hooked up to electricity and fitted with decking. These purpose-built classrooms will house the specialist subjects of Music, Drama, Food Technology and Materials Technology.

We were delighted to welcome our new St Catherine Year 7s on Orientation Day. Although they can’t yet visit the site, students received lots of information for the first day at Kolbe, met teachers, learned about what a usual day at Secondary school is like, and got to try out some classes. These students have the rare opportunity to be the leaders of a whole new community. We are excited to work with them on extending the culture of Kolbe and creating a new campus of kind and welcoming individuals who will be creators and stewards of Kolbe’s values, exemplifying Faith, Courage and Compassion.
