This term, Year 7 Mickleham Food Tech students took on a creative challenge: designing and making their own cupcakes. Given a variety of ingredients, students set out to craft cupcakes that were not only tasty but also fun, colourful, and visually appealing.
The process encouraged students to experiment and develop new skills in icing, piping, and decorating. There were moments of triumph as well as a few frustrations, as students learned how to turn their ideas into edible creations.
From brainstorming designs to the final touches of decoration, the classroom was filled with the delicious aroma of freshly baked cupcakes.
