Our St Clare of Assisi Campus (Greenvale) Choir recently visited Arcare Aged Care in Craigieburn, bringing music and energy to residents in a truly memorable experience.
What began as a regular school day quickly turned into something special, as students performed an uplifting mix of solo and group pieces. With singing, dancing and musical instruments, they created a lively and engaging atmosphere.
Kolbe’s strong sense of community shone through, as residents joined in, singing along to familiar songs, toes tapping and hands clapping in pure joy. One highlight was a resident who happily joined the students to sing and dance to ABBA’s Dancing Queen, tambourine in hand.
As the visit came to an end, and the instruments were packed away, what lingered most was the feeling in the room. Warmth, laughter and the sense of togetherness that simply couldn’t be bottled.
